Pricing and Term Lengths

Q: Are there term lengths longer than month to month?

A: Yes. We offer the following term lengths:

  • 6 month membership: 5% discount
  • 12 month membership: 10% discount Please note that launch and promotional discounts may vary between locations.

Q: Can I do a term longer than 12 months?

A: Right now, we do not offer term lengths beyond a 12 month period.

Q: How do I know what the current pricing is at certain location?

A: Prices vary by location, so it's best to contact the local manager to get the most accurate and up-to-date pricing information. We do have ranges listed on the website and you may also email to inquire about pricing at the location level.

Q: Can I cancel my membership at any time?

A: We require a minimum of 30 days notice to cancel your membership. However, it depends on the terms of your agreement. For example, if you have signed a 6 or 12 month agreement, we require 60 days notice for cancellations. If you do not provide the required notice, your membership will be automatically renewed on a month-to-month basis. We also do not prorate move-out days, so move outs will always take place on the last day of the month. Please note that there may be fees or a retention of your security deposit if you need to break your contract early.

Q: Will I have first right of refusal over my current space at the end of my term?

Yes. For 6 month and 12 month terms, we will reach out 60 days prior to the end of your term to ask if you would like to renew. If we do not hear from you, your membership will automatically switch over to a month to month pricing at the completion of your term length.

Q: Are there any discounts or promotions available for new members?

A: We do not typically adjust pricing or run promotions. There may be discounts or promotions available for new members at a new location during launch and we will occasionally run referral bonus promotions and other incentives. We believe in consistency and transparency in our pricing and we also avoid discounts to ensure we are able to provide you and other members with the highest standards

Q: Am I able to pay for more than a month at a time?

A: Yes. We are able to invoice for up to a year in advance (and span 2 different calendar years if needed). For example, if you move in at the end of one year and would like to pay for the following calendar year as well.

Q: Do you offer discounts for non-profits? 

A:Yes, there is an additional 5% discount on top of any term discounts.
