Q: How do I report a security issue or concern?
A: If you have a security issue or concern, please contact the staff on-site immediately. If it is an emergency, please call 911. For non-emergency concerns, you can email your Community Operations Manager, reach out to the team via Slack or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: What is the process for allowing visitors into the building?
Members are allowed to bring guests and are expected to adhere to all guidelines outlined in the Membership Handbook. If a guest is coming into the space regularly (full days more than 3x/week), we ask that they be granted an individual access pass for $199/month.
Q: How are the suites secured?
A: We use Saltbox OS via an app on your phone to access the building and secured areas inside the building. Individual suite doors are equipped with locks and a physical key for added security. Our cleaning crew does not enter the warehouse suites, so any trash will need to be taken to the community trash cans throughout the warehouse.
Q: What are the building hours?
A: Building access is available 7 days a week from 6 am-11 pm with an alarm outside of those hours. We staff the building 9 am-5 pm Monday through Friday. We recommend locking suite doors at all times, even when the building is staffed.
Q: Do you offer overnight access to the building?
Overnight access is dependent on location and occasionally offered on a case by case basis with a small fee associated. Please reach out directly to your on-site manager to determine if this is an option at your location.
