2.9% Processing Fee: If you pay with a card, a 2.9% processing fee is applied to the bill.
Fulfillment - Pick & Pack Charges: A Pick & Pack charge is applied to every shipment that Saltbox Fulfillment picks from storage and packs in preparation to ship.
Fulfillment - Shipping Charges: A Shipping charge is the cost of the shipping label for any shipment that Saltbox Fulfillment purchases from a carrier to ship an order to your customer.
Fulfillment - Special Project Charges: These types of charges will only appear on your statement if previously discussed with the Saltbox team. Special Projects can cover a wide range of specially requested labor like barcoding, kitting, special prepping of orders, etc.
Fulfillment - Storage Charges: Storage charges are accrued daily for every SKU being stored with Saltbox Fulfillment. These charges are based on the total cubic footage being consumed or length (ft) * width(ft) * height (ft) * total quantity of each SKU regardless of the location type.
Fulfillment - Store Connections Charges: These types of charges will only appear on your statement if previously discussed with the Saltbox team. If a member has a special store integration that they need set up, the charges for that integration will be passed through in this way.
Fulfillment - Supplies Purchased Charges: These types of charges will only appear on your statement if previously discussed with the Saltbox team. If a member requests that the Saltbox team buy special materials on their behalf, the charges for those materials would be passed through in this way.
