No, you do not need to be onsite to receive your shipments.
Our staff can receive mail, packages, and inventory on your behalf Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with the option to have them placed directly in your suite.
As a reminder, for large shipments or containers that require over 15 minutes to receive, fees will apply.
