Saltbox offers two types of memberships: Access Plans and Workspace Plans. Here's a full breakdown of what's included in each so you can find the right fit for where your business is today.
Access plans
Saltbox Access Plans are designed to help your business grow by giving you affordable access to logistics infrastructure, workspace, and community — without the overhead of a full warehouse suite.
1. Virtual Plan — $99/mo
The Virtual Plan is perfect for remote operators and early-stage entrepreneurs who need a professional business presence without physical logistics support.
Included services and amenities:
Professional mailing address: Use your Saltbox location as your official business address for registrations, correspondence, and brand legitimacy.
Mail handling: We receive and manage your mail on your behalf.
Community events and workshops: Professional development events open to all plan members.
⚠️ The Virtual Plan does not include physical building access, package receiving, shipping, or storage. Day passes are available at $40/day if you need occasional on-site access available in the Member Portal.
💡If a package is received at your Saltbox address under the Virtual Plan, a $30 fee per package will be charged to your account. We recommend ensuring your carriers and vendors are not sending packages to your Saltbox address unless you intend to be charged.
2. Scale Plan — $349/mo
The Scale Plan is built for growing brands that are actively managing inbound and outbound operations and need regular access to Saltbox's logistics infrastructure and workspace.

Everything in the Virtual Plan, plus:
Physical building access: Access your Saltbox location Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM.
Package and pallet receiving: Up to 100 packages + 10 pallets received per month at no additional cost. Overage fees of $10/package and $20/pallet apply beyond the monthly allowance.
Discounted logistics rates: Reduced pricing on storage ($10/pallet/day), labor via eForce ($45/hr), conference rooms ($25/hr), content studio ($50/hr), and more.
Shared workspace access: Access to co-working spaces, lounge areas, and shared amenities during business hours.
Cafes and kitchens: Comfortable kitchen areas where you can relax, network, and enjoy complimentary coffee and tea.
Community Slack: Connect with fellow entrepreneurs, share insights, ask questions, and collaborate in real time.
Community events and workshops: Professional development events open to all plan members.
Parsel shipping platform: Lower your shipping costs by up to 30%, deliver faster, and skip unnecessary monthly subscription fees with Saltbox's free shipping technology.

Workspace plans
Workspace Plans are designed for operationally mature brands that need dedicated space, full logistics support, and priority access to Saltbox services on a daily basis. Workspace Plans start at $699/mo.
1. Warehouse Suite
A dedicated private warehouse suite with everything you need to run your logistics operations under one roof.
Included services and amenities:
Dedicated warehouse space: Private suite with on-site shipping experts, enterprise-grade equipment, and state-of-the-art amenities.
In-suite pick and pack: We'll pick, pack, and ship your direct-to-consumer orders from your warehouse suite, starting at $3 per order.
Inventory receiving: Our dedicated staff receives packages and pallets of inventory on your behalf — whether you're on-site or not.
Mailing services: Ship to and from your Saltbox suite with a professional mailing address and concierge mail and package services.
