What services are available at Saltbox to help me run my business?

Everything Saltbox offers to support your operations — from package receiving to fulfillment to flexible storage. All bookable through the Saltbox App or Member Portal.

Saltbox is built to support every stage of your business operations. Whether you need a professional mailing address, help fulfilling orders, or extra hands for a one-time project, we have the tools and team to make it happen — all accessible through the Saltbox App or your Member Portal.


Concierge Services — Included in Your Membership

The following services are included at no additional cost as part of your Saltbox membership:

  • Inventory and package receiving (first 15 minutes included)

  • Mail receiving services

  • Professional mailing address

  • Carrier pickups — Daily carrier pickups so you can ship faster and skip the post office. Just place your outbound packages in our dedicated bins.


Bookable Services & Pricing

The following services are available to book and are charged in addition to your monthly membership fee:

📦 Storage & Logistics

  • Flex Storage — Additional, flexible storage for inventory overflow at $10/pallet/day.

  • Container Unloading — Palletized — Standard Saltbox Operations Support (SOS) rates apply at $45/hr.

  • Container Unloading — Floor-loaded (20')$300 flat rate.

  • Container Unloading — Floor-loaded (40')$600 flat rate.

🚀 Fulfillment

  • Saltbox Fulfillment — We pick, pack, and ship your direct-to-consumer orders directly from your suite, starting at $3 per DTC order. Supplies and shipping costs are additional.

    • Supplies: Pricing is variable. Members may procure their own packaging supplies to avoid supply fees.

    • Shipping: Pricing varies by billable weight, shipping distance, and carrier service.

🔧 Equipment

  • Equipment Rentals — Pricing varies by equipment type. Reference the equipment catalog on-site or ask your Location Manager for details.

🏢 Workspace & Amenities

  • Conference Rooms — Included for Workspace members (reservation required). $25/hr for Scale Plan members.

  • Content Studio — Included for Workspace members (reservation required). $50/hr for Scale Plan members.


Saltbox Operations Support (SOS) — $45/hour

Saltbox Operations Support (SOS) gives you access to dedicated, on-site Saltbox staff for ad-hoc operational work in your suite or anywhere at the building. Book SOS when you need an extra set of hands for one-off projects, overflow help, equipment setup, or anything that doesn't fit a recurring fulfillment cadence.

All SOS bookings are billed at $45/hour, prorated. Common SOS projects include:

  • FBA prep

  • Wholesale order fulfillment

  • Kitting and bundling

  • Product assembly

  • Quality inspection and assurance

  • Inventory cycle counts

  • Move-in and move-out assistance

  • Equipment installation and rental setup

  • Palletized container unloading

  • Suite optimization

💡 Not sure if your project qualifies for SOS? Reach out to your Location Manager and they'll help you figure out the best approach.


How to Book

All services are bookable through either the Saltbox App or the Saltbox Member Portal.

⚠️ Heads up: The Saltbox Member Portal will be retiring on June 30. After that date, all bookings will be managed exclusively through the Saltbox App. We recommend getting set up once you receive the invitation with a subject line "Your Saltbox Account is Ready" as soon as possible to avoid any interruption. Please note that service bookings require at least a 48-hour lead time. For urgent requests, contact your Location Manager directly.
