There are several reasons an order might be placed on hold, including:
Fraud
Failed payment
Invalid address
Operator holds
These orders need to be resolved in Shopify before processing in Parsel. Orders on hold in Shopify will also appear on hold in Parsel at the top of the screen.
Once the hold status is removed, Parsel will add the orders to the unfulfilled orders list. Users can process single orders directly from the "order hold" status if the reason for the hold has been resolved. Orders on-hold can not be added to a batch.
