Here's how to get started:
Log in to your Members Portal.
Navigate to Billing → Payment Details.
Click Add Payment Method and enter your bank account details.
Verify Your ACH Account:
A 6-digit descriptor code will appear in your bank account within 1-2 business days.
Log back into the member portal, go to "Billing > Payment Details," and click the "Verify" button.
Enter the code to confirm your ACH account.

Troubleshooting Common Issues
ACH Option Not Available: If ACH is not appearing as a payment option, ensure the correct location is selected in your account settings. For example, switching to the Dallas–Carrollton location enabled ACH for some users.
Manual Payments: If you prefer not to use the member portal, you can make manual ACH or wire transfers using Saltbox’s bank account and routing details. Be sure to include your account or invoice reference for accurate processing.
