When you receive a package, you'll be notified by our team. The notification will include a picture of the shipping label, packing slip, and/or BOL. If you are not on-site when your package arrives, our team will take a photo of where the package was delivered within your suite.

Note: Pallet deliveries that do not fit in your suite will immediately be placed in Flex Storage for $10/pallet/day.
