Conference rooms are free to book for all members. To book a space, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Member Portal
On the right-hand side under 'My Bookings,' click 'New Booking' and select the 'Meeting Rooms' tab. Rooms for your primary location will automatically appear. To change your location, click the filter button in the top right next to the date.
2. In the top right, select the date for which you'd like to reserve the room
Add any relevant filters (i.e., capacities, amenities, etc.).
3. Results will appear on the center of the page
Select a time under your preferred room based on the available options.
4. A popup will appear for you to add details about your booking
Include a title, timeframe, and description (optional). Click 'More Options' to add guests or set a recurrence.
5. Click 'Book' to reserve
You're all set! You should receive an email confirming your booking with all relevant details.
