Saltbox offers a-la-carte services to support your operations, including special projects performed by our eForce team. All special projects by eForce are priced at $45/hr (prorated) and include, but are not limited to:
FBA prep
Wholesale order fulfillment
Kitting and bundling
Product assembly
Quality inspection and assurance
Inventory cycle counts
Move-in and move-out services
Equipment installation
All special projects can be booked via the Saltbox OS app following these steps:
1. In the app, select 'Book eForce' at the bottom of the screen
You can also see or edit previous requests here as well.
2. Click 'Add New'
Then briefly describe the task you would like performed. This can be general with supplemental docs sent over Slack.
3. Select the day you would like the work to be done
Provide the estimated time it will take. *Note: Larger projects should be communicated well in advance.
4. Select your preferred start time
5. Select the Member Specialist you would like to complete the task
