Follow these steps to set up packages in Parsel and ensure the correct package sizes are consistently used:
Access Settings: Click on the settings menu located on the left-hand sidebar.
Package Menu: Open the packages menu within the settings menu.
Add New Package: Click on "Add New Package" to input the dimensions and weight of the new package you want to use.
Dimensions: Enter the length, width, and height of the package.
Weight: Enter the weight of the package. Please note this is the weight of the package itself and not the product inside.
Save Package: After entering the package details, click "Save" to add the package to your settings.
Edit Existing Packages: To edit an existing package, select it from the list, make the necessary changes, and then click "Save."
Automatic Recognition: Once set up, Parsel will automatically recognize and suggest these packages for future orders based on shipping patterns.
