How do I get Started on Parsel?

Follow these steps to get started with Parsel:

  1. Visit the Parsel Website: If you're a current Saltbox Workspace member, visit getparsel.com/saltboxmembers to begin the process. If you're not a Saltbox member, visit getparsel.com to get started.

  2. Create a Parsel Account: Click on "Sign Up" or "Create Account." Fill in your details, including your name, email address, and password.

  3. Connect to Shopify: Once your account is created, you will be prompted to connect to your Shopify store. Follow the on-screen instructions to authorize Parsel to access your Shopify account.

  4. Create Your Parsel Profile: Complete your Parsel profile by entering your business information and preferences. Ensure all required fields are filled out accurately.

  5. Set Up Packages: Access the settings menu from the left-hand sidebar. Navigate to the package settings section. Click "Add New Package" to input the dimensions and weight of your packages. Save the package details to streamline future shipping processes.

  6. Set Up Parsel Billing: Go to the billing section within the settings menu. Enter your payment information to ensure smooth transaction processing.

  7. Start Shipping with Parsel: You can begin shipping orders using Parsel’s single order flow or batch order flow.

    1. For single orders: Open the order, verify items, select the package, confirm the weight, choose the carrier, and purchase the label.

    2. For batch orders: Create a batch, verify items, select packages, confirm weights, choose the carrier, and purchase labels in bulk.

  8. Explore Additional Features: Utilize features such as package size autofill, product weight recognition, shipment tracking, and more to optimize your shipping process. Customize your preferred shipping methods in the settings menu for a tailored experience.
