Pandion Service Closure – Important Update

On Friday, January 10, 2025, Pandion announced their decision to shutdown business operations. With remaining Pandion operations will cease on Wednesday, January 15 2025.

What this means for your business:

  • While Pandion is shutting down operations nationwide, only the following Saltbox locations are impacted by this closure: Atlanta, Dallas, and Los Angeles.

  • No new shipments will be accepted by Pandion. All packages shipped before January 10, 2025 will still be delivered.

  • Pandion has been removed from our system and can no longer be used for new shipments. There will not be another Pandion carrier pick-up.

  • If you have unused Pandion labels, please void them and reprint them using an alternative carrier available on Parsel.

How to file a claim for a Pandion shipment

  1. Log into your Parsel account

  2. Go to the 'Order' page

  3. Find the order in question and select the 'Submit a Claim' button located at the bottom of the page

  4. Follow the prompts to complete your submission
