We'll use the most convenient method available to you:
Via OfficeRnD (original payment method): If your deposit was paid by ACH or credit card, we'll refund it directly back to that same method. Please note that if the original payment was made more than 180 days ago, we may not be able to process the refund through OfficeRnD. In that case, we'll reach out to arrange an alternative refund method.
Via RAMP (electronic bank transfer): If your original payment method is no longer active, is outside the 180-day refund window, or you'd prefer a different account, we'll send you a secure RAMP invitation to provide your banking details. Expect the invite within 24β48 business hours of your move-out being processed.
Via Check: If you'd prefer a check, just let us know. Please be aware that mail carries some risk of delays or loss. If you haven't received your check within 7β10 business days, contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can place a stop on the check and reissue your refund through an alternative method.
