What if I moved out before my agreement end date?

Understand the financial implications of ending your membership early, including deposit forfeiture, discount repayment, and the 30-day notice requirement.

We understand that plans change. However, if you end your membership before your agreement end date, there are a few important things to keep in mind:

  • A Membership Cancellation Request Form must be submitted with a minimum 30-day notice prior to your intended move-out date. If notice is not submitted within this window, you will be billed for the following month to comply with the 30-day notice policy.

  • If you break a fixed-term agreement early, your security deposit will be forfeited as outlined in Section 2(e) of your Membership Agreement.

  • Any discounts applied during your membership term will also need to be repaid at the time of move-out.

If you have questions about how this applies to your specific situation, please reach out to your Location Manager or email [email protected] β€” we're happy to walk you through it.
