We understand that plans change. However, if you end your membership before your agreement end date, there are a few important things to keep in mind:
A Membership Cancellation Request Form must be submitted with a minimum 30-day notice prior to your intended move-out date. If notice is not submitted within this window, you will be billed for the following month to comply with the 30-day notice policy.
If you break a fixed-term agreement early, your security deposit will be forfeited as outlined in Section 2(e) of your Membership Agreement.
Any discounts applied during your membership term will also need to be repaid at the time of move-out.
