No, you do not need to be onsite to ship out orders.

Simply place your outgoing packages within the appropriate bin (labeled by carrier) located in the Warehouse Shipping Station area. We have scheduled daily pickups from FedEx Ground, UPS, and USPS. All other carrier pick-ups will need to be scheduled by the member, though our team will ensure the packages go out.

Additionally, you can book In-Suite Pick & Pack services if you need help with picking and packing. Prices for these services are variable and depend on billable weight, shipping distance, and carrier service. Learn more about our In-Suite Pick & Pack services here.
