Members who wish to use in-suite pick-and-pack should first meet with the Location Team to generate an SOP for how orders should be fulfilled and packaged. You can then coordinate with the Location Team on your preferred frequency of the service and how our team should be notified about future orders.

If you would like temporary assistance with in-suite pick and pack, schedule time with the Location Team to begin the process.

Members who use in-suite pick-and-pack services daily or on a dedicated schedule do not need to formally book services.
