This applies to Virtual Plan and Scale Plan members who receive mail or packages at a Saltbox location.
Package & Mail Receiving Fees
Please note that receiving packages at a Saltbox location is an additional service and charges apply as follows:
Virtual Plan: Mail handling is included in your plan. However, package receiving is not included — if a package is received on your behalf, a $30 fee per package will be charged to your account. If you do not wish to be charged, please ensure your carriers and vendors are not sending packages to your Saltbox address.
Scale Plan: Up to 100 packages + 10 pallets included per month — overage fees of $10/package and $20/pallet apply beyond the monthly allowance.
⚠️ Virtual Plan members: If you are not expecting packages at your Saltbox address, we recommend updating your shipping address with all relevant carriers and vendors to avoid unexpected charges.
How to Schedule a Pickup
To ensure our team is ready to welcome you when you arrive, please email your location team in advance before stopping by. This gives us a heads-up so we can have your mail or package ready and make sure a team member is available to assist you.

Our team will confirm and make sure everything is ready for your arrival.
Pickup Hours
Pickups are available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
⚠️ Walk-in pickups outside of these hours may not be accommodated. We recommend reaching out in advance to confirm availability and avoid an unnecessary trip.

What to Expect When You Arrive
Once you've confirmed your pickup, here's what to expect when you get to the location:
Sign in at the front desk — All visitors are required to sign in upon arrival before entering the building. Please let the team member at the front desk know you are there for a mail or package pickup.
Our team will be ready for you — Once you've signed in, a team member will assist you with your pickup and bring your mail or package to you.
Collect your items and you're all set — If you have any questions or concerns about your package at the time of pickup, don't hesitate to ask — our team is happy to help.
