How to book amenities at your Saltbox Location in the Member Portal?

A guide to booking conference rooms, content studios, and other spaces available through your Saltbox Member Portal.

Saltbox locations offer a variety of bookable spaces designed to help you run and grow your business — from private meeting rooms to professional content studios. All bookable amenities are available directly through your Members Portal.

⚠️ Please note: Amenity bookings are available to Scale Plan and Workspace members only. This feature is not available for Virtual Plan members.


What Can I Book?

Depending on your location, the following spaces are available to book through your Members Portal:

  • Meeting Rooms — Private, professional spaces for meetings, presentations, and collaboration.

  • Content Studio — A camera-ready space with professional lighting and equipment for photo shoots, video content, and social media creation.

  • Podcast Studio — A dedicated recording space for podcasts and audio content (available at select locations).

  • Daily Office Rental — A private office space available for daily use.

  • Event Spaces — Larger spaces for hosting events, workshops, and gatherings.

How to Book a Space

The booking process is the same across all amenity types. Here's how to get started:

Step 1 — Log in to your Members Portal

Go to members.saltbox.com and log in with your email and password.


Step 2 — Open the Navigation Menu

Click the menu icon (☰) in the top left corner of your dashboard to expand the left-side navigation panel.


Step 3 — Select the Amenity You'd Like to Book

From the navigation menu, select the space you'd like to reserve:

  • Meeting Rooms

  • Content Studio

  • Podcast Studio

  • Daily Office Rental

  • Event Spaces


Step 4 — Choose Your Date and Filters

Available spaces at your primary location will automatically appear. In the top right, select the date you'd like to reserve the space.

To book at a different Saltbox location, click the filter button in the top right corner next to the date.


Step 5 — Select Your Time

Available time slots will appear in the center of the page. Select the time that works best for you under your preferred room or studio.


Step 6 — Add Your Booking Details

A popup will appear for you to fill in your booking details:

  • Title (required)

  • Timeframe (required)

  • Description (optional)

Click More Options if you'd like to add guests or set a recurring booking.


Step 7 — Confirm Your Booking

Click Book to reserve your space. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your booking shortly after.


Need to Cancel or Modify a Booking?

Log in to your Members Portal, go to Account, then Bookings. Locate your reservation, and select Edit or Cancel as needed.
