The Saltbox Member Portal, powered by OfficeRnD, is your central hub for managing your Saltbox membership online. Whether you need to pay an invoice, update your payment details, book an amenity, or manage your team β€” the Member Portal is where it all happens.

It is accessible on any browser at saltbox.officernd.com and is best experienced on a computer or laptop.

⚠️ Important: The Saltbox Member Portal will be retiring on June 30. All features and account management tools are moving to the new Saltbox App, available on iOS, Android, and web at members.saltbox.com.

We strongly recommend completing your Saltbox App setup as soon as you receive the invitation with the subject line "Your Saltbox Account is Ready" to avoid any interruption to your account access or services. See our Saltbox App FAQ for setup instructions.


What Can I Do in the Member Portal?

Here's a quick overview of everything available to you through the Member Portal:

  • View and pay your invoices

  • Update your payment method

  • Set up ACH / bank transfer to avoid credit card processing fees

  • Download invoice PDFs for your records

  • Add or remove team members on your account

  • Manage member roles and permissions

  • Invite teammates and grant building access

  • Reserve conference rooms, content studios, podcast studios, daily office rentals, and event spaces

  • View and manage your upcoming and past bookings

  • Update your personal and business information

  • Manage your membership details

  • Upload and update your Certificate of Insurance (COI)


Who Has Access to the Member Portal?

The Member Portal is available to all active Saltbox members. However, not all members on your account will automatically have Billing access β€” this is typically granted to the designated Billing Person on the account.

If you don't see the Billing option in your left-side navigation menu, reach out to [email protected] and our team will get your access updated.


How Do I Log In to the Member Portal?

  1. Go to saltbox.officernd.com in your browser.

  2. Enter your email address and password associated with your Saltbox account.

  3. Once logged in, use the left-side navigation menu to access any of the features above.

πŸ’‘ First time logging in? Check your inbox for a setup email from OfficeRnD with instructions to activate your account. If you can't find it, check your spam or promotions folder or reach out to [email protected] and we'll resend it.


Is the Member Portal the Same as the Saltbox App?
