I received an invoice notification, but can't find my invoice in the Saltbox Member Portal

If you clicked "Pay Now" from your invoice email but don't see the invoice in your Member Portal, here's how to find it.

If you received an invoice notification email from Saltbox but the invoice isn't showing up when you log in to the Member Portal, don't worry β€” it's likely a date filter issue. Here's how to find it in just a few steps.


Why Can't I See My Invoice?

Saltbox invoices are generated on the 20th of each month but are dated the 1st of the following month. This means if you're looking for a June invoice, it will carry a due date of June 1 β€” and your portal may not be showing future-dated invoices by default.

Example: An invoice emailed to you on May 20 will show a due date of June 1. If your date filter is set to the current month only, it won't appear until June.


How to Find Your Invoice

  1. Log in to your Member Portal and select Billing from the left-side navigation menu.

  2. Go to Invoices.

  3. In the top-right corner, locate the date range filter and adjust it to include upcoming dates β€” for example, extend it to the end of the following month.

  4. Your invoice should now appear with a Pending status. Click the Pay button at the end of the row to complete your payment.

  5. Select your preferred payment method on file, or click New Credit Card to pay with a different card.


A Few Things to Keep in Mind

  • If you are set up for autopay, your invoice will be automatically charged on the due date β€” no action needed. Not sure you're on auto-pay? Please email us at [email protected] to confirm.

  • Invoices not paid within 5 days of the due date will incur a 5% late fee on your next invoice.

  • Credit card payments include a 2.9% processing fee. To avoid this fee, set up ACH / bank transfer as your payment method. See Article 1: How to Update Your Payment Information for instructions.
