On the 20th day of each month prior to a billing month, you will receive an email with a link prompting you to pay your current invoice and any outstanding fees.
Payment is due on the first day of each month. If you are set up for auto-pay, your payment will automatically process on the due date. If the invoice is not paid by the 5th of each month, you will be charged a late fee of 5% on your next invoice.
*NOTE: Saltbox charges a 2.9% processing fee for credit card payments. Members who wish to pay via ACH instead can avoid this processing fee.
