A quick tour of what the app does, where to find it, and how the mobile and web experiences work together.

The Saltbox App is your home base for everything Saltbox. Whether you're picking up a package, unlocking a door, booking a specialist, or pulling an invoice, it's all in one place β€” on your phone or in your browser.

Where to find the app

  • Mobile: Search "Saltbox" in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

  • Web: Sign in at members.saltbox.com.

You'll use the same login on both. Most members keep the mobile app for day-to-day use and use the web portal when they want a bigger screen for things like reviewing invoices or managing their team.


What you can do in the app

  • Set up and verify your account so you have full access to your location.

  • Unlock building doors from your phone β€” no separate access app needed.

  • Track packages and get notified the moment one is ready for pickup.

  • Request services like Saltbox Labor, Flex Storage, and Space directly from the app.

  • Manage your team β€” invite teammates, set their access, and keep your roster up to date.

  • View invoices and download PDFs whenever you need them.

  • Chat with Saltbox support without leaving the app.


Mobile vs. web β€” what's where

Some things only happen on one surface, by design:

  • Identity verification (KYC) is mobile-only.

  • Uploading your Certificate of Insurance is web-only.

  • Door unlock is mobile-only.

  • Everything else (packages, bookings, invoices, team, support) works on both.

If you ever land somewhere you can't complete a step, the app will point you to the right surface.
